You didn’t upload pictures of your Holiday?? Not even Toes-In-The-Sand pictures?? Your Holiday must have been horrible!!
Nowadays it seems that the amount of uploaded Holiday pictures are in strong relation to the level of happiness.
Even if I didn’t upload any of them after my trip to Spain, I was inspired by their special food and I promised myself that I will prepare some “replicas” as soon as I can.
One of my favourites were the mussels in tomato sauce. It is easy to prepare and ready in minutes.
I have to admit that mine was better than the Spanish version. No offense.
And no one can say that I didn’t upload a picture of my Holiday.
